Looking to chow down on some Mexican fare? A new spot has you covered. Located at 9660 Falls Of Neuse Rd., the newcomer is called Moe's Southwest Grill.
This Falls Pointe Village spot is the eighth Raleigh location for the expanding Tex-Mex eatery. The restaurant boasts more than 600 locations throughout the United States and across the globe, according to its website.
And if you're wondering who Moe is, it's actually an acronym for "musicians, outlaws and entertainers," a nod to the founder's love of musical pioneers "who left this world too early."
On the menu, expect to see offerings like the "Homewrecker" burrito with guacamole, beans, shredded cheese and a choice of protein such as carnitas, steak or organic tofu; loaded nachos topped with pico de gallo and a choice of protein; and wraps with queso and veggies stacked between two crunchy corn shells in a grilled tortilla. Moe's Southwest Grill has just one review on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far.
Tiffany P., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on March 6th, said: "We stopped by the newest Moe's in the Triangle. I was surprised how packed it was on a Monday night. They had no problem making my nachos and putting my toppings on the sides because I'm picky like that!"
