Created by a dancer, the low-impact, full-body workout will let you plie your way to a stronger, leaner body. Pure Barre's website says the workout, which focuses on developing the hips, thighs, abdominals and arms, is safe for your joints and has mental benefits similar to yoga or meditation. And Hannah P. wrote, "The workouts are killer and always leave you wanting more! No matter your age or fitness level, I highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try!"
