On Tuesday, May 1, Burbank’s Bellarmine-Jefferson boys varsity volleyball team beat the Cantwell-Sacred Heart Cardinals by a score of 3-0. The Guards also beat the Cardinals when the two teams last met on April 19.

With the win, Bellarmine-Jefferson ended its season with a 3-4 record. The Cardinals, on the other hand, finished their season on a 14-game losing streak, going 3-18-1 with a 0-6 league record.

Both teams will be looking for a fresh start next season.
