Looking to check out a new lounge? Look no further than Belltown newcomer Connect Lounge, which is located at 2330 Second Ave.

Connect Lounge aims to help finance and IT workers engage with one another while winding down from a long work day, Eater reports.

To help break the ice, the bar offers a variety of cocktails — like The Story Teller, a brandy-based beverage with Chartreuse, lemon and maraschino liqueur; and the Summer Poem, mixing vanilla vodka with lemon juice and Giffard Crème de Violette. Pacific Northwest brews and red and white wines round out the drink menu.

Patrons can pair their beverages with bar snacks like charcuterie plates; mici, Italian sausages blending ground beef, pork, lamb and spices; and smoked salmon with fried capers, pickled shallots, horseradish and grilled bread.

Thus far, Connect Lounge has a five-star rating out of six reviews.

Fred H., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 17, said, "They have the best drinks and food in town. The ambiance is amazing as well."

And Makio P. noted that each table offers a phone box "for patrons to place their phones in, so that they're more inclined to actually communicate with other patrons instead of have their heads buried in their texts. Super smart and a great plan to get patrons on the more connected side!"

Connect Lounge is open from 4 p.m.-midnight on Tuesday-Thursday and Sunday, and from 4 p.m.-2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Monday).
