Poke Bop
4140 Abrams Road, Lakewood

The new counter-service Poke Bop is the second Dallas outpost for the eatery, with another making its debut soon in El Paso.
The restaurant features build-your-own poké bowls, sushi burritos and a boba bar filled with both boozy and alcohol-free options. Shrimp and chicken poké bowls are also available for pint-sized diners. (Check out the menu here.)

Musume

Serving contemporary Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine, Musume has the state's largest premium saké program with over 125 selections including saké on tap. The new upscale restaurant also offers a private dining room that seats up to 40 people.
The sushi menu includes yellowtail serrano, farmers market sashimi and more. For dinner, you'll find steamed buns, grilled lamb lollipops and roasted sea bass with shiitake mushroom risotto.

Kuai - Asian Kitchen is a Japanese and Asian fusion spot with more than a decade spent as an underground restaurant serving downtown Dallas.
Billing itself as a healthy and quick destination — specifically for workers on their lunch hour — this eatery serves up fast food in the form of bowls, dumplings, hot soup, salads, wraps and more, Eater Dallas reports.
