A new steakhouse and bar has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Located Downtown at 624 Olive Way, the new arrival is called Zane + Wylie's Seattle Steakhouse.
This spot comes courtesy of Kevin and Terresa Davis, whose portfolio of restaurants includes Steelhead Diner, Blueacre Seafood and Orfeo, Eater Seattle reports. Named after their twin boys Zane and Wylie, this new steakhouse has an approachable menu consisting of Northwest meats and seafoods.
Menu items include a selection of steaks and chops, Neah Bay halibut, oysters on the half shell, grass-fed burgers and more. "Wines, beers and ciders are exclusively sourced from the Pacific Northwest," continues the site, and a variety of hand-crafted cocktails are available as well.
With just two reviews on Yelp thus far, Zane + Wylie's Seattle Steakhouse currently has a 4.5-star rating.
Myra F., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on May 8, said, "Food: we had clam appetizer, amazing! Entree: steak cooked to perfection! Awesome, loved!!"
"Local steak house? Sign me right the **** up," added Yelper Charles M. "Had the New York strip and a starter of escargot. Our bartender, Theo, was very friendly and made the best Moscow Mule I've ever had."
Head on over to check it out: Zane + Wylie's Seattle Steakhouse is open from
