A new pop-up candy store has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Sugarfina, the fresh arrival is located at 50 Massachusetts Ave. NE, Suite M107, in Union Station.
The candy boutique has opened as a one-year temporary shop, Eater DC reports, marking the third area location for the growing brand.
A lineup of colorful treats are available including custom creations like rosé-flavored gummy bears, tequila grapefruit sours and mint chip milkshake malt balls. Have grander tastes? Try the rosé rock candy dipped in edible 24-karat gold, perfect for taking your cocktail to the next level. (Check out all the sweet offerings here.)
There's just one review on Yelp thus far, which gives it four stars.
Serena N., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on April 19, said, "It's bright, clean and neatly organized. The saleswomen were very friendly and helpful."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Sugarfina is open from 10 a.m.–9 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.–6 p.m. on Sunday.
