A new Indian spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Tandur Indian Kitchen, the new arrival is located at 721 Governor Morrison St., Unit F-150 in South Park.

Look forward to creating your own entrée with a mix-and-match of sauces and protein. Tandur Indian Kitchen also offers chicken and vegetarian biryani bowls, signature wraps and customized salads.

Tandur Indian Kitchen has gotten good reviews thus far, with a 3.5-star rating out of 55 reviews on Yelp.

Stuart W., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 4, said, "For a quasi-fast-food chain, they did a really good job with the mango lassi, the veggie samosas (which came out hot, crisp and delicious) and the chicken korma over saffron biryani with garlic naan."

Yelper Chris S. added, “If you're vaguely familiar with Indian cuisine, then you'll probably see a thing or two on the menu that you'll gravitate towards. If not, the staff is as friendly as can be and can help you out. They really want you to get something you'll like and have no problem simplifying the choices and answering any questions you have.”

Head on over to check it out: Tandur Indian Kitchen is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. from Monday-Thursday, and Sunday and 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
