Founded by a 25-year senior executive at Aveda and Estee Lauder with a passion for high-end men's grooming, Steele Barber is the spot for those seeking a luxurious cut. The hip space is adorned with subway tiles and leather couches, and clients receive a complimentary whiskey or craft beer with each cut.

In addition to standard cuts, Steele offers "signature haircuts" with a scalp and shoulder massage, beard trims, color treatments for gray hair and express facials using Aveda products.

Steele Barber's current Yelp rating of four stars out of five reviews indicates the newcomer is finding its way, but it's still early days.

Yelper Brad B., who reviewed Steele Barber on April 24, wrote, "Great service and nice atmosphere! Courtney has been my barber three times and I've had perfect haircuts every time. She takes her time and does it right. Highly recommend!"

And Yelper Ryan H. wrote, "Totally happy with my first visit to Steele. Sat down, was offered a drink (I chose whiskey on the rocks) and enjoyed a quiet afternoon in a stylish shop."

Steele Barber is open from 8 a.m.–9 p.m. on Tuesday-Thursday and 9 a.m.–7 p.m. on Friday-Sunday. (It's closed on Monday.)
