The owners of La Merise in Cherry Creek have undertaken a new venture. Called Bon Ami French Bistro and Creperie, the fresh arrival is located at 295 S. Pennsylvania St. in the former Telegraph Neighborhood Bistro and Bar spot in Speer.
Think escargots and mussels, beef bourguignon and steak frites. The crêpes are savory, from smoked salmon- and shrimp-based options to the Alsace, with corned beef, sauerkraut, Gruyère and horseradish cream sauce. There's also an outdoor patio for diners to enjoy.
Bon Ami French Bistro and Creperie has just two reviews on Yelp, which give it a five-star rating thus far.
Kurt H., who reviewed the new spot on June 20, wrote, "This place may have only a week behind it, but off to an awesome start. Sunday dinner, quiet, incredible service, beautiful warm atmosphere. The food? It was simply perfect."
And Lori C. added, "Wonderful wine list and menu. Great patio. Friendly service. I loved the beet salad and Saint Molo crepes."
Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Bon Ami French Bistro and Creperie is open from 5–9 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–3 p.m. and 5–9 p.m. on weekends.
