In search of a new neighborhood bar to check out? Look no further than Tributary at 5304 Detroit Ave. in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood.

Housed in a late-1870s brick storefront, per its website, the new bar is serving up handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, snacks and small plates. The 1,800-square-foot tavern features a three-sided bar, hand-painted windows and high-top tables, reports Cleveland Scene.

The drink menu includes craft beers, wine and both classic and signature cocktails.

Pair your drink with flatbreads like the creatively named From the Garden (crème fraîche, goat cheese, spinach, mushrooms and caramelized onions) and From the Heavens (olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, ricotta and Gorgonzola). There are also small bites like German pretzels and marinated olives.

Tributary has proven popular thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.

Chris H., who reviewed the new bar on June 17, wrote, "Fantastic cocktail bar. Innovative house drinks that exceed expectations. Looking forward to having such a classy watering hole so close to home."

Yelper Jessica F. added, “Tributary is unique and relaxed. The drinks were delicious and original. The service was friendly and attentive.”
