Yelper Pauline H., who reviewed the bar and eatery on May 29, wrote, "The staff is simply the sweetest and incredibly friendly. The bulgogi tacos were larger than I expected, and delicious. If your order is to-go, as mine was, expect the sauce and jalapeño slices to be on the side."

John W. noted, "What these guys are doing with hot dogs is simply magical. Kimchi and bulgogi topped hot dogs are what would put Red Boat in the running for best Baltimore hot dog."

The Red Boat Viet Fusion & Bar is open from noon–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, noon–1 a.m. on Friday, noon–midnight on Saturday, and noon–8 p.m. on Sunday.
