The Regal Beagle

The Regal Beagle is a cocktail bar with a nostalgic twist that also serves light bites. Taking the space of Jack's Bistro, the newcomer is named for the neighborhood bar featured in the classic sitcom "Three's Company" and features decor from that era.

Cocktails lean toward the tropical end of the spectrum, with numerous tequila, rum and gin options. Classics like the Old Fashioned and Bees Knees are not neglected, nor are beer-and-shot combos.

The Regal Beagle's current Yelp rating of five stars out of seven reviews indicates positive feedback.

Joseph A. noted, "Great atmosphere and great bartenders. Food was great quality as well. The prices are legit and they have little games to play as well."

OneDo Coffee is a cafe in Canton with indoor and outdoor seating. It roasts on-site, highlighting beans from Colombia, Sumatra and Ethiopia,

Blair's on Hudson is a bar and New American spot (and sibling to the Regal Beagle), offering burgers and more.

Fun starters include macaroni and cheese with chocolate, scallop ceviche and smoked french fries with black pepper aioli. Mains range from udon noodles with sliced steak to the vegetarian Moroccan lentils. A variety of burgers are also available, which you can wash down with beer, wine or cocktails.

Blair's on Hudson's current rating of four stars out of 17 reviews on Yelp indicates the newcomer is off to a strong start.

Yelper Sarah B., who reviewed the eatery on May 5, wrote, "The food is delicious. Everyone in my party of seven ordered a different burger. They all loved them, especially the variety available."

Lynn P. noted, "It is not the place for a quiet dinner, but lively and youthful and great food."
