American Bonded is serving up classic cocktails in Denver's RiNo district. Whiskey takes center stage at this spot where you can grab a mint julep or Old Fashioned along with other carefully crafted libations.

The food comes courtesy of J Street Kitchen, which offers American fare like shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles. 

American Bonded is off to a strong start with a current Yelp rating of four stars out of 10 reviews.

Shawn L. noted, "Cocktails and beers are all reasonably priced and so delicious! Definitely good for an afternoon drink, date night, hang out with friends. They are working on opening the rooftop patio so will definitely be back once that opens!"

Dead Battery Club is an all-day lounge that wants guests to unplug and recharge, per its website. The menu includes cocktails like the Lithium, with rye, caffe amaro, orange bitters, demerara sugar and rum-burnt coffee beans, along with wine, beer, coffee and tea.

If you want to grab a bite there are a variety of appetizers, salads, large plates and desserts.

Dead Battery Club's current Yelp rating of 4.5 stars out of seven reviews indicates positive feedback.

Lauren J. noted, "We stopped in here post brunch on a Saturday to keep the booze flowing! It's nice and tucked away with a cute little patio. The inside is stylish and cozy."

Courier Market Bar Kitchen is a cocktail bar and New American restaurant that pays tribute to Denver's early journalism days.

This spot's signature cocktails are newspaper-themed, like the Tabloid with pomegranate iced tea and prosecco, and the Local Edition with bourbon, absinthe and Peychaud’s Bitters. There are also bar bites along with full breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.

With a five-star Yelp rating out of three reviews on Yelp, Courier Market Bar Kitchen has been getting positive attention.

Yelper Kevin N., who visited the spot on May 12, wrote, "Fantastic restaurant. Great food. Amazing service. They have a proper restaurant if you want to sit down and relax, or a market bar if you just need to grab something to go."

Kelly O. noted, "Guys, this place is such an amazing hidden gem. Every single dish we had here was outstanding and so original. The scallop ceviche and the risotto were incredible."
