A new fast-casual eatery serving up salads and burgers has opened for business in the neighborhood. Called Hello Bistro, it is located at 2101 Richmond Road under the Container Store in Beachwood. This is the restaurant group's first outpost outside of the Pittsburgh area.
Be prepared for an array of salad options like My Big Fat Greek Chicken, full of mixed greens, roasted chicken, feta, cucumber and red onion; the Hello Bistro salad, with roasted chicken, cucumber, diced egg and carrots; and the Strawberry Fields Forever, with strawberries, mixed greens, roasted chicken and almonds. The establishment also offers a selection of burgers and sandwiches, along with soups, sides and a kid's menu.
With a 3.5-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, Hello Bistro has made a promising start.
"This is a great new addition to Beachwood," Yelper Tana S. said. "The choices are amazing for your salads. I added salmon to mine and it was pretty tasty. I thought it may not be that great since it wasn't a seafood restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised. Love this place."
Yelper Tai B. added, "This place was amazing. I got the Italiano grilled cheese sandwich and the potato soup. It was delicious. The staff was also very friendly, polite and helpful. Will definitely be back tomorrow to try a turkey burger."
