Noodle fans, take heed: there's a new spot downtown to get your fix. Called minigrow, it's the younger sibling to Philly-based fast casual chain, honeygrow.
Its menu invites visitors to create noodle or salad bowl combinations that include seasonal vegetables, greens, dressings and a variety of proteins. This is one of two minigrow outlets to open recently in Boston; the other is in Back Bay.
With a three-star rating out of 13 reviews on Yelp so far, minigrow is still finding its footing.
Nicole L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on May 11, said, "Along with the amazing (and affordable) food, I really appreciated the atmosphere while I was there too. It's just a really cool spot and the staff and general vibe was so friendly and welcoming."
Yelper Jeffrey L. added, “Fast, healthy, fresh, and tasty, but man is it pricey. I usually find these assembly line style restaurants disappointing but minigrow went in the opposite direction and ended being surprisingly good.”
Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. minigrow is open from 10:30 a.m.–8 p.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m.–4 p.m. on weekends.
