A new boutique plant nursery has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Oasis Plant Shop, the new addition is located at 330 W. Davis St. in the Bishop Arts District.

According to D Magaine, it was opened by friends and longtime Ruibal employees (another Dallas nursery), Hannah Street and Bethany Mieth. The new nursery focuses on tropicals, succulents and palms in terra cotta planters.

The shop offers pre-styled planters or an opportunity to work with the two owners to create a custom piece for your home or garden.

With just one review on Yelp thus far, Oasis Plant Shop currently has a five-star rating. While its still early days for the new business, it seems to be off to a good start.

Marco S., who was the first Yelper to review the new spot on June 3, said, "Awesome place to buy plants and get inspired. They will plant your pots for you and even give you a plant care card when you make a purchase. Pencil cactus, succulents, indoor tropicals and awesome Spanish terracotta among other things. Great addition to the neighborhood!"
