Odell Brewing Co. has opened its first taproom outside its Fort Collins home base, and it's in RiNo at 2945 Larimer St. The new location is in a brick building from 1917 and makes full use of the space by including two outdoor patios.
All of the beer — including six different IPAs at one count — is brewed on-site, including some recipes, like the Sabro IPA (so named for the experimental hop that provides tropical aromas of coconut, pineapple and cedar), that are unique to this location. There is no food available, but you can bring in your own.
With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, the new brewery has already made a good impression.
Claire B., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 17, wrote, "So glad Odell has come to downtown Denver! Great brews and a very cool spot with an outdoor patio and rooftop. This place will be packed all the time, no doubt."
And Ute L. wrote, "Love this spot. Great beer (I had the Margarita Crossover Ale), awesome 90s and 00s hip-hop playlist, cold AC and plenty of seating between the two levels and two patios."
Swing on by to take a peek for yourself: Odell Brewing Co. is open from noon–10 p.m. from Sunday-Tuesday and noon–midnight Wednesday-Saturday.
