A new Thai spot has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Siam Bistro, the fresh addition is located at 12534 Aurora Ave. N in Haller Lake. This new offering serves up soups, salads, appetizers, entrees and curry dishes.
Look for menu options like yellow, red and green curry entrees; sweet chili garlic with chicken breast, cabbage and carrots topped with fresh basil; and Siam Noodle Soup with bean sprouts, garlic, onion and cilantro. Thai street food dishes, chef's specials, fried rice and noodle dishes also line the menu.
Siam Bistro has gotten an enthusiastic response thus far, with a five-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
O G., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 9, said, "Lovely little new restaurant. Very clean, attentive service and great food. One of the few Thai restaurants where every dish is distinct and flavorful."
And Adarsha B. said, "Really good authentic Thai food. They have some rare Thai noodle dish that is not common here in America."
