Topping the list is the family-run Cleveland Mofongo Latin Grill, specializing in Latin-Caribbean fusion fare. Located at 11621 Lorain Ave. on the city's west side, it's the highest rated Latin American restaurant in Cleveland, boasting five stars out of 21 reviews on Yelp.
