Red Star Restaurant
3224 St. Paul St., Charles Village

Fells Point's Red Star Bar and Grill has opened Red Star Restaurant near Johns Hopkins, which serves up much the same menu that regulars have come to know at the original location. Drinks range from beer and wine to cocktails.
With a three-star Yelp rating out of five reviews, it is still finding its way.
Yelper Shari S. wrote, "Wings looked good, but not much flavor. Everyone else's burger looked big, but wimpy fries and even with everyone saying they are glad Red Star opened, I overheard the same - 'just OK at best.'"
Brianne W. noted, "The restaurant looks great on the inside, but probably needs some better signage outside to bring more customers in. We were a little disappointed that brunch was not yet offered at this location, but our waitress assured us that it would start next week."
Red Star Restaurant is open from 11 a.m.-midnight on Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-2 a.m. on Saturday, and 10 am.-midnight on Sunday.
