Training for your first marathon this year — or ever? Then head over to New York Running Company powered by JackRabbit this Friday evening to hear what it's really like to train for the NYC Marathon. Hosted by The Most Informal Running Club Ever (TMIRCE) and JackRabbit, the panel will feature experienced NYC Marathon finishers who will discuss how to find that balance, finding joy in running despite poor runs and tired legs, and other nuances beginners rarely consider.

RUNHealthy: 'bodyART' workshop with Wellb

Give Wellb's fitness recovery method a spin for free this Sunday afternoon. Facilitators Marisa Merliss and Becca Pace will lead attendees through a two-hour "bodyART" workshop.
