A brand-new coffee roastery and bakery has opened its doors in the neighborhood. Called Armistice Coffee Roaster, the fresh addition is located at 2201 Eastlake Ave. East, Suite A.
The roastery has bags of beans for sale and offers tea and caffeinated coffees like hot and iced lattes, mochas and espresso. Croissants, pastries and other light fare are also on offer.
With a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp so far, the new addition to the Eastlake neighborhood is on its way to developing a local fan base.
Avery M., who reviewed the new spot on July 16, wrote, "Super cool spot. We got a cortado, iced vanilla chai and an almond croissant. The cortado was very smooth and pleasant, the chai was a good balance of spicy, sweet and creamy and the croissant was the perfect breakfast."
Yelper S S. added, “Great coffee and nice people. Comfortable place to spend some time on a sunny day. Fantastic pastries too. Will definitely be back.”
