A new fast-casual spot, offering sandwiches and poke, has opened for business in the neighborhood. Located at 901 N. Nelson St. near Virginia Square in Ballston, the fresh arrival is called Atrium Cafe.

This marks the first Virginia location of the local chain, which already has popular lunchtime spots around the District, according to ARLnow. You'll find traditional sandwiches, soups, and Korean-fusion options, plus custom poke bowls at the outpost.

Atrium Cafe has gotten good reviews thus far, with a four-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.

Christina L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 7, wrote, "We had a quick lunch here the other day and really liked it. They have a wide selection of things you can get for food: sandwiches, poke bowls, Korean BBQ bowls, and smoothies."

And Alex M. wrote, "The food itself is great. Since this is my first time reviewing a brand-new place, went with a couple friends and ordered a bunch to try out different things. From the sandwiches to the poke bowl, everything tasted fresh & delicious, and portion sizes were solid for the price."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Atrium Cafe is open from 7 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekends.
