If you're there for noodles, try dishes like the cold spicy sesame noodles (chicken, Granny Smith apples, arugula, cashews and togarashi), chashu ramen (shoyu broth, pork belly, marinated sprouts, arugula, scallions and soft egg) or the chili tsukemen ramen with pork belly.
