New to 4543 Freeport Blvd. in Hollywood Park is I-Tea, the second local outpost of a popular Taiwanese chain for bubble tea and coffee. It's sharing a space with a Hong-Kong style karaoke café Star KTV Lounge, so patrons can enjoy an Earl Grey milk tea while singing their hearts out in a private karaoke room.
