With no rain in the forecast until later this week, Independence Day is looking clear for outdoor festivities. Whether you're viewing fireworks from the Potomac or a rooftop or patio, or just hoping to enjoy the warm nights, here's a rundown of what to do.

Independence Eve Margarita Moonlight Cruise 

Tomorrow night, head out on to the river for a warm summer's night cruise past the major monuments of the city, where you're likely to see a range of fireworks displays. Regardless, you'll end up back in Georgetown for no-cover access to parties at local venues.

6th Annual Le White Party

The W Hotel is hosting a rooftop party overlooking the Washington Monument and surrounding area. The theme: white (and red and blue) attire. 

When: Tuesday, July 3, 9 p.m.- Wednesday, July 4, 2 a.m.
Where: W Hotel DC, 515 15th St. NW
Admission: $20 and up (RSVP required), dress code strictly enforced. 21+

Red, White and Fuego 2018

The classy Mexican restaurant is hosting a dance party, open bar and free snacks on Wednesday afternoon, indoors and outdoors on its large patio. Tickets also provide you with access to an afterparty at Hawthorne.

When: Wednesday, July 4, 1-4 p.m.

July 4th Fireworks Party at Top of the Gate

The rooftop restaurant and bar will be open for a big fireworks viewing party on the 4th. Tickets have mostly sold out but there are a few pricey ones left. Included: a burger bar and draft beer and wine. 

When: Wednesday, July 4, 6:30-10:30 p.m.

Admission: $250 and up.
