Buredo
111 K St. NE, NoMa

Buredo is a sushi burrito and bowls fast-casual restaurant chain, that recently expanded into NoMa in addition to its other DC-area locations.
"Using seasoned rice and traditional nori,"the business's site explains, "we roll our sushi burritos to order — perfect for the health-conscious crowd on the go looking for some good, clean eating with a twist.
Yelp users are still warming up to Buredo, which currently holds 3.5 stars out of three reviews on the site.
Iris S. noted, "I've found that the quantity is always quite generous. My favorite is the Beatrix, which has raw salmon, tuna, cucumbers, slaw."
Yelper Jin L. wrote, "I decided to give it a go and tried a Nikkia bowl, with charred salmon, kimchi slaw, tempura bits, shisito peppers etc. This place has potential, but I think it needs to work out a few kinks. "
Buredo is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. on weekdays and closed on weekends.
Sushi Nakazawa
1100 Pennsylvania Ave., Downtown

Sushi Nakazawa is a sushi bar and Japanese spot now open in the Trump Hotel, that's an offshoot of a popular New York restaurant.
"Depending upon your appetite, and maybe your patience for fine dining, the omakase is a blur of a school of fish or a pescatarian fantasy," says a Washington Post restaurant reviewer, who also notes the high prices.
With a 4.5-star rating out of 12 reviews on Yelp, Sushi Nakazawa has been getting positive attention.
Yelper Charlotte Z., who reviewed Sushi Nakazawa on June 7, wrote, "Best sushi place in DC for sure. I'm so glad that I could be one of the earliest customers. Fish are so fresh, you cannot taste any fishiness from sushi. "
Yelper Ziquan Z. wrote, "I have tried many top japanese restaurants in Japan and in US, including Sushi Nakazawa in New York. The experience today was good, but not perfect. There is no doubt that this place has the best sushi in DC area, but not good enough compared with his shishyo Nakazawa."
Sushi Nakazawa hasn't posted its open hours, but generally reservations are available in the evenings Monday through Saturday, with lunch availability on weekdays. It's closed on Sunday.
Toryumon Japanese House
1901 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Suite 0001, Downtown

Toryumon Japanese House is a sushi bar and Asian fusion spot, offering ramen and more.
The restaurant describes itself as blending "classic Japanese culinary traditions with an new Asian style food, ingredient-driven menu, warm hospitality and clean design to deliver a contemporary and engaging Asian dining experience."
Yelp users are generally positive about Toryumon Japanese House, which currently holds four stars out of 10 reviews on the site.
Yelper Melissa V., who was one of the first users to visit Toryumon Japanese House on July 9, wrote, "I ate at the bar alone for lunch on a Monday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. Service was fast, friendly and attentive; the atmosphere was laid back and comfortable; and the bar was clean and deep enough to comfortably work on my laptop while enjoying sushi."
Brent B. noted, "the extensive menu and solid sushi and hibachi dinner in an area so close to Georgetown and Foggy Bottom make this a venue worth checking out the next time you are in the mood for hibachi or well-priced quality sushi."
Toryumon Japanese House is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and noon–10 p.m. on Sunday.
