A new Latin American spot has debuted in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to Sunnyside, called Necio Latin Eatery, is located at 4001 Tejon St.

On the menu, dishes include chicken mole enchiladas, grilled rib-eye with truffle chimichurri, the pupusa Salvadoreña (chicharron, queso, curtido, tomato salsa and cotija cheese) and the Mexican quinoa salad. Pair your meal with beer, wine or a cocktail such as the Necio-Rita (tequila blanco, agave and lime and lemon juices).

With a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp so far, Necio Latin Eatery seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.

Rachel B., who reviewed the new spot on June 24, wrote, "Fantastic prices for really good food! The Necio Queso Drip was especially delicious and the amount of guacamole they give you is awesome!"

And Caitlin B. added, "Their empanadas are hands down some of the best I've ever had. We also tried their tacos and mole, which were both terrific. The patio is relaxing and the service is impeccable."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. Necio Latin Eatery is open from 4–9 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday, 4–10 p.m. on Friday, and 10 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4–9 p.m. on weekends. (It's closed on Monday and Tuesday.)
