Hungry? A new restaurant on the Canton waterfront has you covered. Called Button, the newcomer is located at 2723 Lighthouse Point East, the spot formerly occupied by Canners Row.
Patrons appreciate the view from this open-air restaurant on the water. On the menu, offerings include octopus tacos, roasted chicken, Cajun-spiced rockfish with dirty rice and a wood-fired pizza with tomatoes, basil, mozzarella and ricotta. Drinks run from draft beer to wine and cocktails.
The fresh addition has gotten off to an uneven start thus far, with a three-star rating out of three reviews on Yelp.
Tracy W., who reviewed the restaurant on July 6, wrote, "The stars are mostly for the ambiance and the service. The portions are on the smaller side, which is a bit frustrating considering the price. But the view (both on the deck and the patio) are pretty solid."
Yelper Jimmy S. added, “The drink that I had was great, but they need to get the front of house in order. Waited an hour for our table, come to find out we were just forgotten about. Hoping it's just a one-time issue.”
Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Button is open from 5–11 p.m. daily.
