If you've got Vietnamese food on the mind, a recent opening is need-to-know. Called Pho Huy, the newcomer is located at 4527 Duke St. in Seminary Hill.
It features a wide range of phở, vermicelli and rice-based entrees, plus a variety of sides including spring rolls, chicken wings, grilled shrimp, and a range of meat-focused salads.
The fresh arrival has proven popular thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of five reviews on Yelp.
David K., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 15, wrote, "Their phở is really good! Would like to see them make fried rice too! I'd definitely come back!"
And Darwin U. wrote, "Came in the day after opening. It was very busy and we had to wait for our food, which is understandable. The food was really good. Phở was a bit greasier than I like but it tasted really good."
