A new spot to score a bowl of poke has opened up shop in the neighborhood. The fresh arrival to the Pocket, called Poke Station, is located at 7600 Greenhaven Drive.
The trendy fish salad comes in customizable bowls over bases like white rice, brown rice or salad. With eight possible proteins and eleven signature sauces, including the spicy mayo-based Volcano and the House Shoyu with citrus, soy sauce and sesame oil, Poke Station has plenty of options.
The fresh addition has gotten off to a solid start thus far, with a four-star rating out of 30 reviews on Yelp.
"I asked for a lot of seaweed salad (my obsession) and they delivered. So shout out to the workers for that!" wrote Aya E., who reviewed the new spot on July 14. "Overall, the bowl was good. I was satisfied! However, I paid $15 total for it and that's definitely on the pricier end for a standard poke bowl."
And Yelper Ken L. added, "The service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful in choosing the right toppings to make my poke bowl."
Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Poke Station is open from 11 a.m.–9 p.m. daily.
