Looking to chow down on some Chinese food? A new spot has you covered. Called Plenty of Clouds, the new arrival is located at 1550 15th Ave. on Capitol Hill.

According to Eater Seattle, this new spot in the former Anchovies and Olives space is focused on fare inspired by China's Sichuan and Yunnan regions. Owners Travis Post (formerly the chef of Bramling Cross) and Lisa Zack are offering a menu of dishes like salt and pepper shrimp, pork fried rice, dumplings and "Not Your Ma Po's Tofu."

To accompany the food, there's a full menu of cocktails, Northwest beers, and wines, with an emphasis on baijiu, China's most popular spirit.

Plenty of Clouds has garnered rave reviews thus far, with a five-star rating out of six reviews on Yelp.

Josh M., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 7, wrote, "Couldn't be more thrilled to have Plenty of Clouds in the neighborhood. Quality-to-price ratio is absolutely nuts: large portions of extremely tasty fare, and at an unexpectedly low price point."

Yelper Stephan J. added, “Run don't wok to this amazing restaurant on Capitol Hill! Plenty of Clouds will have plenty of business if they keep producing quality food like we had tonight."

Intrigued? Stop in to try it for yourself. Plenty of Clouds is open from 5 p.m.–10 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday and 5 p.m.–11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. (It's closed on Tuesday.)
