Department Bento

Department Bento is a fast-casual Japanese spot from popular Seattle chef Tom Douglas that recently opened its doors inside the Nordstrom at 100 Bellevue Square in Downtown. The "build-your-own" concept, inspired by the Japanese bento boxes at his Belltown restaurant Tanakasan, allows diners to choose between a bento box, rice bowl or salad.
Mi Tea

A Downtown newcomer, Mi Tea is a spot to score bubble tea and smoothies that's located at 175 Bellevue Square. Bellevue is the third U.S. location for this China-based tea shop, which has more than 1,000 outposts around the globe. Its specialty is Himalayan pink salted cheese tea drinks, pairing a tea base with a rich, creamy cheese foam topping.
Aesthetics Refined

Aesthetics Refined is a skincare studio that opened recently at 1020 108th Ave. NE, Floor 2, Studio 19 in Downtown. Helmed by master aesthetician Julia Griebel, its services include custom facials, microneedling, chemical peels and microcurrent.
Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi

Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi is a sushi bar and steakhouse that opened recently at 10400 N.E. Fourth St., Suite 3100 in Downtown. Perched on the 31st floor of the Lincoln Center South tower, this high-end restaurant specializes in prime dry-aged steaks and high-end sushi rolls, like the Wagyu beef roll with foie gras.
