A vegan and Caribbean spot has opened for business in the neighborhood. The new arrival to Park View, called Sweet Sosumba Jamaican Vegan Cafe, is located at 3501 Georgia Ave. NW, Suite B.
With a 4.5-star rating out of two reviews on Yelp so far, Sweet Sosumba Jamaican Vegan Cafe has been warmly received by the first patrons.
Moira N., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on June 22, wrote, "My friend and I were on the hunt for food after a drink at Midlands and came across this place. We tried a few items from the menu and everything was excellent."
Yelper Derrick W. added, “Food was excellent. I am not vegan but I had the black bean burger with avocados and it was very delicious. The service is great and friendly.”
