A new bar offering burgers, chicken wings and more, has opened in Owings Mills. The new arrival, World Of Beer, is located at 10200 Grand Central Ave., Suite 100 next to the Metro station.

World of Beer is a chain that brings a selection of beers from around the world to American mugs. Just tapped in Owens Mills are the Terrapin Luau Krunkles tropical IPA and the St. Bernardus Abt 12 Belgian quad. Bar fare like tacos, flatbread and tater tots are available, as are full lunch and dinner meals, from beer cheese nachos and beer-brined chicken sliders to bibimbap and beer-infused bratwurst.

The fresh arrival has made a good impression thus far, earning a 3.5-star rating out of 10 reviews on Yelp.

Matthew S., among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 4, wrote, "So many excitements from me and my friends to have another group-friendly restaurant and bar open up in the Owings Mills area so we can stop going to Green Turtle every weekend."

And Pat M. wrote, "Nice dinner and good options of beer. Sports bar ambience. Barbacoa tacos had a bit of a kick. That was a pleasant surprise. French dip tender. Service was attentive but not trying to rush us."

Interested? Stop by to welcome the new business to the neighborhood. World Of Beer is open from 11 a.m.–midnight on Sunday-Thursday and 11 a.m.–1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
