Happy Goat Yoga For Charity at the Dallas Farmer's Market
Ready to jump on the goat yoga craze? You're in luck. This Sunday, the Dallas Farmers Market is hosting a goat yoga session to raise funds for the Here's Your Reminder Project, a charity committed to normalizing and combatting depression and anxiety.
Expect 15-20 baby and mini goats to roam through class — and possibly jump on your back. After class, participants will also enjoy free coffee, cold brew or tea from 5AM Drip Coffee Roasters.
