Sport Clips Haircuts is a barber shop and men's hair salon, now open at Suite 120 of 8166 Delta Shores South Circle. The Texas-based national chain has over a dozen already in the greater Sacramento area, but this is the first in Meadowview, as we previously reported.
With an emphasis on its TVs playing sports and lack of appointments (although customers can check in online at its website), the Sport Clips chain of barber shops cater to mostly male clientele.
Services have names like the MVP Haircut Experience (a haircut, hot towel wrap, massaging shampoo and neck and shoulder treatment).
With a four-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp, Sport Clips has been getting positive attention.
"This is my go to place to get my haircut. Everyone there is so friendly and professional," Yelper Billy S. wrote. "I used the online check in and was in and out within no time."
Sport Clips Haircuts of Sacramento - Delta Shores South is open from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays, 10 a.m.–6 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.
Dazzling Nails And Spa

Dazzling Nails and Spa, located at 8148 Delta Shores Circle, Suite 120 in Meadowview, is a second outpost of the Rocklin nail salon, as we recently reported.
The list of nail treatments ranges from a simple buff and shine, to gel manicures, to the Special Manicure involving paraffin hot wax, cooling gel, and a warm lotion massage. The signature "Dazzling Pedicure" includes a pedi hot mask, sugar scrub and a hot stone massage.
Eyelash extensions and upkeep, waxing procedures and other common salon services are also available. Customers be aware: the salon prefers cash, and charges additional fees to use cards.
With a four-star rating out of 19 reviews on Yelp, the new salon seems to be a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Yelper Shaneisha K., who reviewed Dazzling Nails and Spa on July 31, wrote, "The staff is friendly, works with your schedule if they're busy, the space is luxurious, the color selection is grand, and I'm genuinely pleased with each service. I love the work they do, and how long my product lasts after leaving. "
