Catch a screening of the documentary "Rocio" this Thursday evening at the Mexican Center for Culture and Cinematic Arts. With footage collected over 25 years, "Rocio" captures "a mother's love and the American Dream" as it tells the true story of a doting mother of three who is diagnosed with terminal kidney cancer and her undocumented son who takes leave from Harvard to help care for her. The diagnosis leads the two into the world of alternative medicine, which leads them across the border — and they might not be able to return.
