A new brewpub with views of Lake Washington has made its debut in Sand Point. Located at 7801 62nd Ave. NE, the newcomer is called Magnuson Cafe & Brewery and features a large outdoor deck.
The spot combines caffeinated beverages and libations with brunch, lunch and dinner fare. Expect menu options like avocado toast, brioche French toast and corned beef hash for brunch; a strawberry kale salad, fried cheese curds and a crispy chicken sandwich for lunch; or dinner entrees such as fish and chips, fish tacos or lamb bolognese.
Thirsty? Try signature brews like the fruity and festive Riddler Sour Ale with amarillo hops; the tropical Hop Fog IPA with special aromatic malt flavors; or the dry and hoppy River Pig Pale Ale. Check out the website for a full list of food and drink options.
With a 4.5-star rating out of 18 reviews on Yelp so far, Magnuson Cafe & Brewery has already made a good impression.
Laura L., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on July 31, wrote, "Great deck with a beautiful view, great service, great beers on tap and vegan nachos with house-made cashew-based queso!"
