Burger fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Called Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, the Charlotte-based chain's newest location is at 2211 E. Franklin Blvd., Suite 1C, in Gastonia.

The menu features fully customizable salads and burgers as well as classics like the fried mozzarella burger, western burger and magic mushroom burger. Carnivores, try the Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids: Monterey Jack cheese, three pieces of jalapeño bacon, three pieces of applewood smoked bacon, housemade bacon mayo, lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickles.

Wash it all down with bottled beers from Stone, Angry Orchard, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Highland Gaelic and more. Rotating taps are also available. Craving cocktails? Look for the Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, made with blood orange sour and ginger ale; or the Midnight Moon Blackberry Moonshine, mixed with lime sour and fizz.

The new addition has made a good impression thus far, with a four-star rating out of 15 reviews on Yelp.

Amanda Z., who was among the first Yelpers to review the new spot on Aug. 19, wrote, "They have plenty of TV screens showing baseball, LLWS and pre-season NFL games. Service from our host was amazing. I had the fried mozzarella burger, and it was the best burger I've ever had. Give it a try."

And Faria I. wrote, "Hubby had the tuna burger, which was actually delicious! I wasn't even going to try it because I don't like tuna but it was so good. It was very well spiced! Yummy!"
