Twice Burger

Newcomer Twice Burger is a quick-service spot serving breakfast and lunch in the Columbia Center, Seattle's tallest skyscraper.
Breakfast options include an avocado, egg and cheese sandwich with chipotle ketchup served on a brioche bun. For lunch, standout choices include the Katsu Burger with shredded cabbage and katsu sauce, and the Twice Burger with pepper jack cheese, avocado and a sunny-side up egg.
Sweet and spicy chicken sandwiches are also on offer, along with coffee, soda and orange juice.
Twice Burger is off to a solid start with a current Yelp rating of four stars out of five reviews.
Yelper Jon H. wrote, "I ate the Twice Burger, which is a mixture of beef and bacon as well as a fried egg and guacamole. I thought everything was cooked well and tasted good."
N L. added, "Get the Twice Burger, you won't regret it! It's weak in the knees good."
Twice Burger is open from 7 a.m.–2:15 p.m. on weekdays. (It's closed on weekends.)
Joseph Jewelry

In search of a unique piece of jewelry? Joseph Jewelry has you covered, specializing in custom engagement rings and wedding bands. Clients work with designers to upload their images and drawings, render them in 3-D and receive an estimate for the finished piece.
The business, which has another location in Bellevue, also sells collections from other designers along with high-end silver, gold and diamond accessories. Jewelry repair and custom engraving are also on offer.

Cortina

The latest venture from Ethan Stowell Restaurants (Ballard Pizza Co., Bar Cotto, Goldfinch Tavern), Cortina is an Italian spot with small plates, entrees and a number of libations.
On the menu, look for Italian dishes like smoked fish bruschetta, beef tartare and Margherita pizza for lunch. Dinner entrees include bucatini with meatballs, tomato and basil; beef tenderloin with mushrooms; and shrimp scampi risotto and Parmesan. Thirsty? Cortina is stocked with more than 100 wines from around the world.
Yelpers are excited about Cortina, which currently holds 4.5 stars out of 45 reviews on the site.
Laura B., who reviewed the eatery on Aug. 8, wrote, "Amazing in every way. The food, the vibe and the bar drinks. We started with the bruschetta and really enjoyed it. All the ingredients are so fresh and it really makes the difference."
Cortina is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. on Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m.–11 p.m. on Friday, 4–11 p.m. on Saturday, and 4–10 p.m. on Sunday.
4th Ave Espresso Bar

Located in the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, 4th Ave Espresso Bar is a cafe and bakery, offering macarons, cakes, coffee and more. The ever-changing menu showcases seasonal, Pacific Northwest ingredients.
Caffeinated beverages like espressos, mochas, drip coffees and lattes can be paired with pastries, muffins and scones.
4th Ave Espresso Bar has a current rating of 4.5 stars out of six reviews.
Yelper Tyrone H., who reviewed it on July 7, wrote, "The coffee was excellent and the small treats are heavenly! The yuzu lemon tart and the fresh fruit tart are nothing but amazing!"
