A new traditional American restaurant and cocktail bar has made its debut in the Park Hill neighborhood. Called Knife & Board, the fresh arrival is located at 3203 Quebec St. inside the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.
According to the hotel's website, the new eatery is designed to showcase local and regional Colorado flavors. On the menu, you'll find dishes like charred pork belly with deviled egg salad, flat iron steak with chimichurri, Colorado striped bass with crispy skin, mushroom flatbread and a 12-ounce burger with pork belly.
Knife & Board has just one review on Yelp, which gives it a five-star rating thus far.
Sarah A., who reviewed it on Aug. 1, wrote, "The Brussels sprouts with goat cheese were out of this world. I ordered the beef dip au jus and it was excellent, served with very crispy and seasoned fries. My colleagues loved the burger, pork belly hash and mushroom flatbread."
Head on over to check it out: Knife & Board is open from 6 a.m.–10 p.m. daily.
