Looking for a new exercise routine that fits your needs?

Hoodline crunched the numbers to find the top fitness spots in Roseville, using both Yelp data and our own secret sauce to produce a ranked list of the best studios to check out when you want to shake up your workout routine.

1. Kaia Fit

Topping the list is Kaia Fit. The Roseville location of the West Coast women's fitness chain, located at Suite 150 of 1328 Blue Oaks Blvd., is the highest rated gym in the area, boasting five stars out of 26 reviews on Yelp.

The studio specializes in coached group classes for cross-training, TRX suspension training, a yoga-Pilates combination, weight lifting, and barre. Yelpers praise the encouraging atmosphere and the six-week boot camp program.

2. Fusion Fitness

Next up is Roseville Heights's Fusion Fitness, situated at 812 Church St. With five stars out of 26 reviews on Yelp for its reasonably priced personal and group classes in boxing, high-intensity interval training, TRX suspension, and strength exercises, it's proven to be a local favorite. 

The family-owned gym also offers nutritional programs, and members can book classes online.

3. Orangetheory Fitness

Maidu's Orangetheory Fitness, located at 2030 Douglas Blvd., Suite 39, is another top choice. Yelpers give the Florida-based national chain for coached classes 4.5 stars out of 58 reviews.

Orangetheory Fitness specializes in a heart-rate-monitored, one-hour combination cardio and strength workout, overseen by coaches.

4. The Corner Boxing Club

The Corner Boxing Club, a Muay Thai gym in Folsom Road, is another much-loved go-to, with five stars out of 23 Yelp reviews for its good organization and skillful instruction by owner Ezra Regan.

The family-owned boxing and kickboxing spot takes students of all ages and skill levels for its daily classes. Head over to 106 Judah St. to see for yourself. 

5. Life Time Athletic

Finally, over in Stoneridge, check out Life Time Athletic, which has earned four stars out of 163 reviews on Yelp. This clean and upscale national chain boasts row after row of treadmills and other machines, plus group classes, a swimming pool, a tennis club, a massage therapist and a sauna.

Yelpers particularly praise the group classes. You can find the all-purpose gym at 1435 E. Roseville Parkway.
