'Skylight'

"Skylight" is a Tony Award-winning play about love, power and politics. Once a mistress of Tom's, Kyra finds Tom's son at an apartment building in the London slums. When Tom joins his son days later, he sees Kyra once more. Is the gap between them unbridgeable, or will the two be able to resurrect their relationship? Find out at the Allen Theatre in Seattle.

'Prelude to a Kiss'

"Prelude to a Kiss" is a comic fantasy story that serves as an allegory for deeper issues such as physical and spiritual beauty, love and the recklessness of the mind. The story centers around Peter, who must decide if his newly betrothed bride has changed bodies with a terminally ill woman on their honeymoon. This play was written as a response to the ravages of AIDS.

Can Can Brunch: 'Magnificent Matinee'

Can Can Culinary Cabaret, an underground vaudeville attraction, changes with the seasons. At this show taking place at Pike Place Market, "Magnificent Matinee" combines tales of Seattle's rough-and-tumble history with comedy, music and acrobatics. Expect a menu of hand-crafted fare from Pike Place's own fishmongers, cheesemakers, butchers, dairy shops and local farmers.
