
Nothing beats coffee — and if you're in the mood to enjoy a cup in Denver, we've found a lineup of brand-new places. Here are the newest places to check out the next time you're in the mood for a morning pick-me-up.
Doppio Coffee
1245 E. Colfax Ave., Suite 105, City Park West

At Doppio Coffee, expect a wide variety of caffeinated beverage options like the nitro cold brew, matcha latte, cortado and Kilogram Tea. Small bites like avocado toast, muffins, chia bowls and hot sandwiches are also on offer.
The new craft coffee shop serves Corvus coffee, which offers roasts from around the world, "all with different characters of flavors and stories behind them," the coffee shop says on its website.
Yelpers are excited about Doppio Coffee, which currently holds five stars out of four reviews on the site.
Dy K., who reviewed the shop on Aug. 8, wrote, "Great vibe, great food and great lattes. Can't get enough of this new place. I tried the Coconut Chia Bowl and it was bomb!"
Adrian R. added, "Definitely a must-try in Denver! Their coffee was extremely good and smooth. Plus the baristas there are so friendly and are top notch. Most definitely one of the best craft coffee places in the Denver Metro Area!"
Interested? Doppio Coffee is open from 7 a.m.–6 p.m. on Monday-Saturday and 7 a.m.–5 p.m. on Sunday.
Baker Neighborhood Market
713 W. Fourth Ave., Baker

Baker Neighborhood Market is a cafe and bakery that serves breakfast and lunch items, plus sweet treats like ice cream and shakes.
As for coffee, it serves an organic Ozo blend and offers espresso, cafe Americano, cappuccino, cafe latte, cafe mocha, iced coffee and more. Pair your coffee with something from its breakfast menu, like a breakfast burrito or oatmeal cup.
Baker Neighborhood Market is off to a strong start with a current Yelp rating of five stars out of 11 reviews.
Yelper Joshua N., who reviewed it on Aug. 28, wrote, "Baker Neighborhood Market is awesome. The owner and employees are super nice. Great place to grab a snack, lunch or coffee."
A C. noted, "Love that there is a real local market run by a local owner who is super friendly and welcoming. Clean space, nice selection of daily goods, many offerings on the menu!"
Baker Neighborhood Market is open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on Saturday. (It's closed on Sunday.)
Thump Coffee
601 N. Broadway, Suite 125, Lincoln Park

Thump Coffee is a spot to score coffee, tea and more. This is its second location after the original in Bend, Oregon.
It offers a number of regular coffees, including its North Fork blend, Tiddly-Winks water-processed decaf and Storm King classic espresso. It also has seasonal coffees it sources from various places, including Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala.
The coffee is offered both hot and iced in various forms, including macchiatos, cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and more.
It's still early days for the coffee shop, which has just one review on Yelp thus far.
Yelper Sam W., who visited Thump Coffee on Aug. 6, wrote, "Decent cup of coffee. I got an iced latte with an extra shot of espresso. It was good and the barista was super outgoing. I'd come back, but wish there was parking."
Thump Coffee is open from 6 a.m.–7 p.m. daily.
