Deco Pizzeria has opened the doors to a second location in San Antonio. The new pizzeria, which also offers chicken wings, wine and more, is located at 2026 Babcock Road, Suite 107, near the Medical Center. Its first eatery is on Fredericksburg Road.
On the menu, you'll find pizzas like the Chef Reuben Special (pesto, spinach, roasted asparagus, artichokes, grilled shrimp and mozzarella), the Florentine (Alfredo sauce, sautéed spinach, grilled chicken and shredded Parmesan and mozzarella) and the N'awlins (spicy Cajun cream sauce, mozzarella cheese and choice of crawfish or shrimp). Wings come bone-in or boneless in flavors like lemon pepper, buffalo or raspberry chipotle. It also offers calzones, sandwiches, salads and more. (See the full menu here.)
With a four-star rating out of eight reviews on Yelp so far, the new pizzeria has gotten a good response.
Kelly R., who was among the first to review it on Sept. 5, said, "Best pizza I've ever had. Best calzone I've ever had. My picky teen even gave two thumbs up! Wide variety of choices and unique menu items. Happy hour discounts on drinks and some menu items."
Claudette A. noted, "The food is delish! The raspberry chipotle wings and the boneless lemon pepper wings, watermelon salad and cocktails were awesome!"
