Seattle-based mini-chain Evergreens Salad has opened the doors to its second eatery in Bellevue. Located downtown at 10503 NE Fourth St., this is its 11th restaurant overall.
The menu is centered around build-your-own salads with more than two dozen topping and dressing options. Or try popular choices like the El Sombrero (lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, fire-roasted corn and jalapeños with cilantro lime dressing); Cobb Your Enthusiasm (romaine, pickled red onion, avocado, bacon, egg and Gorgonzola); or Herculeaves (romaine, grape tomatoes, cucumber, garbanzo beans, green olives, feta and Mediterranean spices). Protein can be added for an additional fee.
Evergreens Salad has made a good impression thus far, with a 4.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp.
