Taco fans, take heed: there's a new spot in town to get your fix. Called G's Local Taco Bar, the new arrival is located at 2200 Market St., Suite 114, in Five Points.
The menu, which also serves chicken wings, burgers, burritos, all-day breakfast and more, offers options like the Funkadelic taco (steak, onion rings and G's Fire Adobo Sauce), the Boss Burger (topped with jalapeños, cheese, cabbage, onion, tomato and G's Boss Sauce) and the Trainwreck Burrito (egg, potato, bacon, sausage, chorizo, green chile and cheese).
With a 3.5-star rating out of four reviews on Yelp so far, G's Local Taco Bar has made a promising start.
Austin L., who reviewed the new spot on Sept. 20, said, "The menu provides a bunch of different options, so I try something new every visit and it's always delicious. The ambiance there is great! A really cool, original vibe. They have a daily drink special, which is always great."
And Brian Y. wrote, "It was an excellent breakfast. I really did enjoy the orange juice. I would really suggest you try it now before they become so famous the pope won't even be able to get in. Bravo!"
