Evergreens Salad has opened its second outpost in the Bellevue area, serving wraps, grain bowls and salads.
Popular menu options include the El Sombrero (lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, fire-roasted corn and jalapeños with cilantro lime dressing); Rice Rice Baby (spinach, brown rice, carrots and snap peas with balsamic glaze); and The Super Bowl (quinoa, turkey, tomatoes and almonds with red wine vinaigrette). Protein can be added for an additional fee.
Evergreens Salad currently holds four stars out of three reviews on Yelp.

The staff is super friendly, plus the hours of this location make it much easier for those of us who work later shifts and still want a salad during our break. Happy Lemon is an international chain where visitors can score bubble tea, juice and smoothies. Happy Lemon's specialty is milk tea, but it also offers matcha drinks and bubble waffles.
Look for black tea with salted cheese, bubble milk tea with puff cream, a banana matcha latte, a red bean pudding latte or a mango lemon slushy. Reality Break Escapes is an hourlong escape game spot featuring numerous rooms like Cypherspace, where players must collect data from a wormhole in deep space before their ship is lost to a black hole, and The Lucky Duck Speakeasy, where you need to find an illegal kingpin of alcohol sales before a bomb blows up the bar where you are searching for clues.
